Offer Terms & Conditions
- The Limitless Experiences by ALL Terms and Conditions and the ALL Accor General Conditions of Membership also apply.
- Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme who have received an email from ALL Accor, stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log on to the dedicated website to order the package.
- The dedicated website provides the following information:
- a description and full details of the event (venue, date, schedule, inclusions, etc.)
- the number of Reward points required to order a package
- The number of spa-only package available is limited to two packages per member account. Each package admits one person.
- The number of spa+stay package available is limited to one packages per member account. Each package admits for two persons.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to the number of packages available. The member of the ALL Accor programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
- During checks at the entrance to the event venue or at hotel check-in, an official and valid photo ID may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver’s license, ID card, or residence card).
- Entry will only be permitted if the name on the ID card matches the name on the reservation and the ALL membership account. Members must present a valid photo ID and their ALL membership card at the event registration desk. Otherwise, entry will not be granted.
- These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of packages made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking.
- Packages are neither exchangeable, refundable, nor transferable to a third party. In the event of cancellation by the organizer or due to force majeure, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order.
- The Limitless Experience package may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL Experiences, and all future bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
- There will be no financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL Accor declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package.
- The order is subject to a confirmation email sent within 8 working days to the email address specified by the member at the time of ordering. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall be deemed as signature and acceptance of the transaction.
- By making a Limitless Experience booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you by email.
- Please note that video or photo recording of the event may take place. Such media may be used on internal and external communication channels of the Accor Group.

- Please note that photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be shared through internal and external Accor Group channels. Participation in the event is entirely voluntary. For those who choose to participate, completion and signing of the “Authorization to Use Images” form prior to or at the event is required.
Spa & Wellness Participation Conditions
- Participants must inform the spa team prior to the experience of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns that may affect their participation in spa treatments or wellness activities. The spa reserves the right to modify or refuse any treatment or activity if it is deemed unsuitable for the guest’s health condition.
- Participation in wellness activities such as yoga sessions, hydrotherapy facilities, sauna, steam room, and cold bath is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
- Certain spa treatments or wellness facilities may not be recommended for pregnant guests or guests with specific medical conditions. Guests are required to inform the spa team in advance so that suitable alternatives, if available, may be arranged.
- Participants are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the experience. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment or activity time without compensation in order to respect the schedule of the experience and other participants.
- Access to spa and wellness facilities must follow the safety guidelines provided by the hotel and spa team. The hotel reserves the right to restrict access to facilities if safety instructions are not respected.
- The organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule or replace activities with comparable experiences in the event of operational requirements, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Accor Group, the hotel, and the spa shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event. Guests are advised not to bring valuable items.
