Held from 04.00 PM to 08.00 PM, ‘Ravishing Rum Rivals’ turns up the afternoon with refreshing cocktails, vibrant beats, and the relaxed energy of Bali’s beachfront lifestyle. Set against the backdrop of the Indian Ocean, the event brings together music, mixology, and playful poolside rivalry in one lively experience at Infinity Pool.

This year’s Bar Takeover is supported by Santana and Squeeze, presenting a rum-led cocktail experience with tropical ingredients, bold characters, and a sense of friendly competition. At the heart of ‘Ravishing Rum Rivals’ is a cocktail face-off between Juwita and Desak, each bringing a different side of Santana Spiced Rum to the bar. Rather than a simple cocktail list, the menu is designed as a playful journey of flavour, where guests can sip, compare, and choose their own favourite rum rival of the evening.

TROPICAL RUM COCKTAILS LINE-UP

From Juwita’s side, guests can discover Santana Tropique, a layered cocktail featuring pandan-infused Santana Spiced Rum, jackfruit-infused Campari, and coconut fat-washed sweet vermouth, bringing together local inspiration and contemporary mixology in one glass. Golden Tide offers a smooth tropical blend of Santana Spiced Rum, orgeat syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice, made for easy poolside sipping as the afternoon moves into sunset. For a fresher botanical finish, Berry Botanica combines Santana Spiced Rum, fresh strawberry, mint leaves, and strawberry rosemary soda.

Juwita’s line-up also brings a bolder edge through Spice Desire, a bright and aromatic cocktail with Santana Spiced Rum, yuzu syrup, lemon juice, apple juice, Angostura bitter, cinnamon apple syrup, and white egg.
